ERASMUS+ ECO4CREATIVE Project – Portugal Mobility

Between the 3rd and 6th October our school hosted the partners from countries such as Turkey, Hungary and Bulgaria within EcoCreActive project.

As one of the participants in this project, I'm going to tell you a little about my experience and how we spend our days.

On the first day, Monday, we watched the presentations of each country, each one presented their own. I loved learning more about the culture of the people I was spending the week with and it also served as an icebreaker, which really helped us build ties.

Tuesday was our second day, we took part in a peddypaper and planted orchids in the greenhouse; in the afternoon students and teachers drew the respective flower they planted; afterwards there was a small tea time so that everyone could taste the herbal tea from our kitchen garden.

On the third day we woke early and went to Oporto. We took a boat and got to know the three bridges of Oporto, we visited the cathedral, to see Clérigos tower and finally we returned home.

On the fourth and last day we took part in two field trips, one to the City Park for the observation of protected species and another to the protected area of the north coast of Póvoa de Varzim.

I loved the experience of receiving all of them in our country, making new friends and practising and improving my English.

No doubt an experience to repeat.
