Once again, this year students had the opportunity to read outdoors.
Given the warm weather in late September, class A of the eighth grade read under a tree.
Students sat outside in groups and read. Some groups decided to read silently while others read aloud. Those who had some difficulties with unknown words were free to exchange ideas within their group or to ask for help.
Once all the groups had finished read their passages, these were discussed freely and then students answered some questions.
This outdoor reading experience allowed students to feel more relaxed while acquiring new vocabulary and improving their reading comprehension skills.
